Aspyr Media ได้ประกาศว่าตอนนี้ Civilization VI สุดยอดเกมวางแผนผลัดเทิร์นแบบ 4X สำหรับเวอร์ชันมือถือ Android ได้เปิดวางจำหน่ายผ่าน Play Store และสามารถทดลองเล่นได้เลยวันนี้

หลังจากติดตั้ง Civilization VI บนมือถือแล้ว ตัวเกมจะให้ทดสอบ Free Trial ครั้งแรกด้วยการให้เล่นฟรี 60 เทิร์น โดยหลังจากเกมดำเนินครบ 60 เทิร์นแล้ว ตัวเกมจะบังคับต้องซื้อเกมเต็มในราคา 20 เหรียญฯ (ราว 620 บาท) เพื่อดำเนินเกมต่อไป

นอกจากนี้ ในเกมจะมีการวางจำหน่ายเนื้อหา DLC (ผ่าน Play Store) เช่น Rise and Fall ในราคา 30 เหรียญฯ, Gathering Storm (40 เหรียญฯ) และ miscellaneous scenario packs (5-9 เหรียญฯ) อีกด้วย ก็ต้องบอกเลยว่าเกมเวอร์ชัน Android มีคอนเทนต์จัดเต็มไปแพ้เวอร์ชัน PC กับเครื่องเกมคอนโซลเลย
